As I was trying to figure out what to wear for her day, I thought I’d ask my mother what she thought about the romper. She loved the print, said it reminded her of what she wore back in the 60’s and 70’s. Mother’s day was the perfect day to emulate her style and the weather was beautiful. Rompers are the easiest piece for warm weather days. Normally rompers reveal too much on the bottom, but this one was long enough to look like a baby doll dress and it’s comfortable. The pastel colors and the retro polka dots are on trend this Spring. I love it when there are pieces you think you’ll never wear, but when it comes to fashion, what goes around comes around. I’m also lucky to have a mother who’s as much into fashion as I am.
Are you into retro prints this season?
Hope you all had a wonderful Mother’s Day!
